The berries shall be washed, graded and sorted. The product shall be finely sieved, pasteurised and aseptically packed. Usual process technology and equipment shall be used.
Harvest and production shall be under good hygienic conditions.
The product shall be produced by a producer certified by an organic certification body accepted by the Swedish organisation KRAV.
